Penny's profile - from the back view and side view pictures - looks so much like Libby to me! Very cute hair cuts. I agree. Penny does have a super cute face shape for a bob.
i think you are right with libby and penny's profile being so similar. i think that she is a blend of erin and libby. libby's features but with erin's coloring.
