Today is Zoey's 3rd birthday. We had a lovely Arby's dinner and then we were off to the... oh so yummy Krispy Kreme. We even saw Michelle A. and family there. Jacob spent the day @ their house playing w/ Luke, so it was fun to see them again. The line @ the KK donut shop was long, so Maylee and I took the kids into the shop, while Clyde drove threw the drive thru, to save time. We get the girls in their high chairs, Erin grabs the KK hats, and Penny grabs our big soda and the lid pops off and spills everywhere. It is puddled on the floor, the table, and all over Penny. She looks stunned to have this cold soda on her lap. Maylee and I grab napkins to clean it up. The mess is way too big for napkins, so Maylee goes to the KK employees and tells them that we have spilt a drink and needed something to clean it up. They toss her 2 handtowels. We are attempting to get all this up while the employees are just watching us. Clyde by this point is frustrated and goes back to the counter to get help and the employees look @ him and walk away. He gets mad and says, "let's go!" We picked up our 6 children and we left. (Libby's @ a sleepover.) I had in my head that we would have this fun little party in the shop, but plans changed. Once we got home, I gave the younger girls a bath in our kitchen sink, since we had to wash the sticky off of Penny. We had an assembly line going. I was washing them and the passing them to Maylee and Erin to dry, diaper those who needed to be diapered, and pj'd. We even blow dried their hair. Oh so pretty. Once Clyde arrived, we sang "Happy Birthday" to Zoey and the party began. She loved the donuts, especially the sprinkles. My favorite part was watching her open the Ballerina Barbie. Her face is wonderful! Happy Birthday Zoey!!

I made her a pink pillowcase to match her pink Barbie. I think she liked it!
