p's new dress

I had to get in some non-Christmas Day sewing. Penny needed a new dress. She has grown so much. I L-O-V-E this dress. The pintucks were apart of the pattern, though I didn't make the center one, and I added the ric rac embellishment along with a monogramming. This is a very soft baby waled corduroy fabric. Penny loved it too!
