our girl is 13

Our girl is 13!  Where did the time go?  For her birthday dinner, she chose Chinese food.  It is one of her all time favorites.  She gets this from Clyde.  He could eat Chinese food several times a week too. 
Erin is such a pretty girl, inside and out.  She is very loving and is an amazing artist. She also loves animals.

For her birthday cake, she requested the chocolate mousse pie, like a pie that our friend Sister Hicken made for us.  Of course this one wasn't as good as Sister Hicken's pie, but it was very yummy.

Penny and Jacob are such lite weights when it comes to staying awake for dinner.  Jacob put himself to bed around 5 and Penny was asleep before Erin, Libby, and Clyde came home from school.  Erin enjoyed gifts from Grammy & Papa, Bubbie & Pop Pop, cards from MeeMaw, and load of facebook wishes.  I think she was more than thrilled with her birthday gifts and her day as a whole.  She got a gift from the Principal of her school, along with a few of her teachers.
