For the boys' teacher gift this year we have Papa to thank. He diligently went to Home Depot every saturday to pick us up some of their craft projects for children. He and Grammy have been bringing them to us for the last coupla visits. We nailed the kits together and painted them...yes shirtless because is there any other way for a boy to paint? Then added an impatien to the pot. Voila...a beautiful fence/ flower chair for each of their teachers and the librarian. (Josh loves to read and we felt it was important to thank her.) We also gave out mini jars of our strawberry jam that Penny and I made, along with our traditional mixed CD's by Clyde. The CD's include our children's favorite songs. Josh's teacher this year got a double disc and the big girls added songs like "I'm a cucumber" and "We don't need no education." We rock!
