bread

Today Kelson and Analise came over to play. We learned how to make bread. Here the boys are making the dough. They each took turns dumping the ingredients into the bowl. They even tasted the dough. Both of them said that the dough was good. I prefer to eat the finished product.
Here are the proud fellas holding their dough, pre-rise. We watched it for the 45 minutes or so as it rose. Each time we peeked, it had grown. It was very exciting to watch through the boys' eyes.
Ahh...the final product; a fresh, homemade loaf of bread. In the upper picture, I caught Jacob saying 'cheese.' We enjoyed our day today. We are grateful for excellent pals!
